A strategy and digital transformation advisor, Arianne supports organizations facing modernization, innovation and operational transformation challenges. A graduate of Polytechnique Montréal in Industrial Engineering, she previously worked in management consulting at Accenture as well as within international organizations in the infrastructure and technology sectors.
Since joining Volume Dix, she has contributed to mandates involving organizational transformation, emerging technologies and business model optimization. She has notably led initiatives related to the integration of artificial intelligence within the operations of a major Québec university hospital, as well as several studies tied to infrastructure, depp-tech and innovation.
Her approach combines analytical rigor, a strong understanding of complex systems and execution-oriented thinking to help organizations translate strategic reflections into concrete and actionable trajectories.
