Félix-Antoine Joli-Coeur

An entrepreneurial leader and executive advisor, Félix-Antoine has spent more than ten years supporting public and private organizations through transformation, governance and strategic positioning initiatives. A graduate of McGill University, the Smithsonian Institute, INSEAD and the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce, he began his career at McKinsey & Company before serving as an economic advisor in the Office of the Premier of Québec.
He has extensive experience leading complex studies and multi-stakeholder initiatives at the intersection of public policy, innovation, culture and economic development. He has notably led mandates in the infrastructure, healthcare, higher education, culture and professional services sectors.
His expertise also includes the delivery of high-value strategic studies combining data analysis, international benchmarking, stakeholder consultations and the development of executive narratives designed to support decision-making.
