Trained as an industrial engineer, he brings more than fifteen years of experience at the intersection of business, digital transformation and strategic partnerships, both in Québec and internationally.
Before joining Volume Dix, Adrien held leadership roles at Mastercard and CGI, where he led transformation, growth and technology positioning initiatives for large organizations. His background spans the financial services, engineering, innovation, data and artificial intelligence sectors.
His approach is grounded in a strong ability to clarify complex environments, structure strategic trajectories and mobilize stakeholders around concrete and executable visions. He regularly contributes to mandates requiring high-level analytical, coordination and executive communication capabilities.
