Recognized for her problem-solving approach at the intersection of rigorous analysis and storytelling, Béatrice has played a key role in building Volume Dix’s practice since its early days, contributing both to the firm’s growth and to the delivery of a wide range of strategic mandates.
With close to ten years of consulting experience, she supports public and private organizations in conducting complex studies, transformation initiatives and strategic reflections involving multiple stakeholders. She has notably led projects for several major Québec university hospitals, cultural organizations and large private-sector clients.
Her expertise also covers emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and quantum technologies, as well as the development of in-depth analyses on sectors characterized by significant technological, economic and institutional complexity.
